Kaleb Prewett’s Mizzou profile flashes physicality, but his Tigers story is in the rearview
In the 2017 season, Kaleb Prewett was a rugged, productive safety for Missouri, finishing with 60 tackles, four tackles for loss, an interception and two pass breakups while earning praise for making an immediate impact after transferring from Kansas State. He was viewed as a tough, experienced defender who could fill gaps and support the run, but his Missouri run also included an indefinite team suspension in January 2018, which changes the fit conversation a lot. If you want tone-setting toughness and proven SEC snaps, he had that; if you want current availability, the trail goes cold fast.
