Jackson State DB with upside, but limited public stat trail
Terrence Handy appears to be a Jackson State defensive back with a low public profile, so the best read is that he’s a depth-and-upside evaluation rather than a stat-sheet headliner. With no clearly surfaced 2026 individual production to anchor on, the key questions are coverage consistency, tackling reliability, and special-teams value—the stuff coaches love because it travels. If you need a polished, proven ballhawk right now, the evidence is thin; if you’re hunting a competitive, coachable DB who could grow into a role, Handy is worth a closer look.
