Noah Spears brings veteran edge versatility to SMU's defensive front
Noah Spears has been a long-tenured, multi-position defensive piece for SMU, with his roster history showing a move from linebacker to defensive end, which hints at added range, toughness, and football IQ. His value is less about flashy stat lines and more about dependable edge-setting, physicality, and experience in a program that asks its front seven to play fast and disciplined. If your team wants a seasoned, adaptable defender who can handle dirty work and understand leverage, Spears fits that mold.
