High-IQ, two-way guard with pro-level toughness
Devon Daniels is best known as a gritty, defense-first guard whose value goes beyond box scores: he brings pressure, physicality, and steady decision-making, with a background that includes major injury adversity that makes his competitiveness stand out even more. For NC State, he projects as the kind of player who can stabilize a lineup, guard multiple backcourt spots, and provide veteran poise when games get tight. He’s a strong fit for teams that want toughness, reliability, and a low-drama connector rather than a high-usage scorer.
