Veteran 6'10" Penn forward with pro experience and winning pedigree
Cairns brings rare size and a proven winning résumé to Penn, with college-listed experience at 6'10" and a background that includes club titles, international play for Ireland, and time in competitive European leagues. His value is less about empty stat lines and more about physicality, interior presence, and mature basketball instincts—useful traits for a staff needing a reliable, high-floor frontcourt piece. The differentiator: he’s an older, battle-tested forward who has already played in demanding environments, which can translate into steadiness, toughness, and immediate role-fit.
