Trent Thompson gives Tennessee Tech a dual-threat spark at QB
Trent Thompson looks like the kind of quarterback who can keep a defense honest with both his arm and his legs, but the public data trail is thin and does not yet show a clear 2026 stat profile for Tennessee Tech. What stands out is the upside: if he’s the one driving the offense, he’s the type of QB who can create second-chance plays, extend drives, and give a team some improvisational juice. If your team wants a steady, high-floor passer, the fit is less obvious; if you want athletic pop and a developmental swing, he’s intriguing.
