Lauren Walker brings efficient, two-way frontcourt production to Portland
Walker is a 5'11" center whose game is built around steady all-around production, with Portland listing her as a reliable contributor who started 25 of 32 games and posted career bests of 4.9 points and 3.2 rebounds per game in her most recent season. She also has a scorer’s background from high school, where she was Central DeWitt’s all-time leading scorer, which suggests touch and feel beyond a typical post player. If you want a physical, competitive big who can give you consistency, toughness, and some hidden scoring upside, she’s worth watching.
