Nick Pellegrino gives Valpo a downhill, run-stuffing presence at linebacker
Nick Pellegrino looks like the kind of linebacker who makes offenses earn every yard: physical, active, and steady in the run game, with the kind of effort and contact willingness coaches love in the season-by-season grind. The clearest fit question is whether a team wants a hard-nosed, assignment-sound defender who brings intensity and toughness over flash; if yes, he’s a strong match. Publicly available data tied specifically to his 2026 Valparaiso football performance was limited here, so the best read is profile-driven rather than stat-heavy.
