Taran Armstrong is a jumbo playmaking guard who tilts the floor
Armstrong is a 6-5, pass-first guard whose calling card is orchestration: in the 2022-23 season at California Baptist, he averaged 11.3 points, 5.0 assists, and 4.5 rebounds, then parlayed that vision into pro opportunities[4][12]. He stands out for size, pace control, and creativity as a distributor, with a reputation as a steady competitor who can run an offense and keep teammates involved[14]. The swing skill is efficiency as a shooter, so he fits best with a team that values ball movement, positional size, and a guard who makes others better[4][14].
