Braden Thompson brings size, redshirt value, and a developing FBS-ready frame to Southeast Missouri State
Thompson is a 6-foot-8, 320-pound redshirt freshman offensive lineman who preserved a redshirt in 2025 and saw only one game of action, so the tape sample is thin but the upside is obvious from his rare frame and bowl-game starting experience. Missouri State noted he helped an offense that averaged 392.2 yards per game and ranked among Conference USA’s best in pass efficiency and yards per play, while also earning academic honor-roll recognition.
