Chicago State’s guard with upside still to prove
Destinee Pointer is listed as a guard for Chicago State, but the available public profile data is thin, so the big story is projection rather than proven production. With limited accessible stat evidence, she reads as a player to watch for fit: a backcourt piece whose value would hinge on ball security, defensive activity, and pace control more than headline scoring. If your team needs a known high-usage creator, the public record does not yet show that case; if you want a guard whose role can expand with development, she is at least an intriguing watch.
