App State's John Kirkpatrick: Steady Bench Guard with Untapped Upside
John Kirkpatrick, a guard for the App State Mountaineers, is posting modest 2025-26 averages of 1.5 points and 1.0 rebound per game off the bench, showcasing reliable hustle and positional versatility from his center roots at GC&SU (8.6 PPG, 5.4 RPG in 2017-18). His differentiator is defensive intensity and rebounding instincts for a 6'2" guard, making him a low-turnover role player ideal for teams needing gritty depth without ego—perfect fit for mid-major squads building chemistry, though limited scoring pop caps starter potential.
