Jaylen Lewis brings all-around safety value and top-tier energy to WKU's secondary
In the 2025 season, Jaylen Lewis was an Honorable Mention All-Conference USA defensive back and a Phil Steele CUSA Fourth Team safety, plus WKU’s Defensive Player of the Week on Aug. 25, showing he was a steady, impact-ready presence for the Hilltoppers. He started all 13 games at safety, produced 74 tackles, and flashed playmaking with interceptions, pass breakups, and a forced fumble.
