Former NC State Guard Now Coaching at Elon
Kaila Ealey is no longer an active college athlete; she has transitioned from her playing career as a guard for the North Carolina State Wolfpack to become the Women's Basketball Coach at Elon University. Because she is currently a coach rather than a player, she has no current game performance, statistical rankings, or injury history to analyze for team fit as an athlete. Her differentiator is her proven leadership and basketball expertise, which she now applies to developing players rather than competing on the court, making her an excellent fit for a coaching staff but not for an active roster.
