Kent State’s quick-hit DB with old-school Flash grit
Ray Coley’s Kent State profile is a little vintage, but the scouting vibe is clear: a defensive back who brought versatility and toughness to the Golden Flashes, with listed experience at DB/WR and a 5'11", 195-pound frame that hints at physicality and range. Publicly available stat pages show his Kent State career, but not modern-season production detail, so the real draw is the blend of multi-role flexibility and classic reliability rather than flashier box-score numbers. If your team wants a steady, adaptable defensive back who can handle contact and do a bit of everything, Coley fits the mold.
