Veteran Gopher DB Shady Salamon brings versatility and toughness
Shady Salamon is a senior defensive back for Minnesota, and his value goes beyond box-score grabs: he’s the kind of experienced, physical depth piece coaches trust because he understands the defense and brings steady versatility. Minnesota’s roster listing identifies him as a senior DB, while stat archives show he’s been around long enough to contribute on both sides of the ball earlier in his career before settling into defense. If you want a dependable, team-first defender who can fit into a veteran secondary room, he’s a legit fit.
