Justin McGill brings versatility and ball-producing upside to Sacramento State’s secondary
Justin McGill profiles as a versatile defensive back with enough size and athletic baseline to compete in multiple roles, and his recruiting profile gives him a national ranking that suggests real upside rather than a finished product. Sacramento State’s roster listing does not provide recent season stats, so the strongest read comes from his recruiting and background: a player with raw tools, positional flexibility, and the kind of developmental ceiling that can fit a program looking for depth and special-teams value. If you want a DB who may grow into a reliable, physical contributor, McGill is worth tracking.
