Broc Thompson’s Purdue impact peaked with a Music City Bowl breakout, but injuries ended his run
Broc Thompson is best remembered for a clutch 2022 breakout at Purdue, when he earned Music City Bowl MVP honors after a big performance in the win over Tennessee, showing he can rise in high-pressure moments. Across his college career, he produced 66 catches for 1,047 yards and 4 touchdowns, with a smooth, downfield receiver profile that added explosive-play value. The catch: his career was ultimately cut short by a series of injuries, so his appeal is more about proven playmaking upside and competitive toughness than long-term durability.
