Raymond Sims brings veteran backcourt punch to South Alabama
Raymond Sims is a small, experienced guard who gives South Alabama a steady ballhandler with proven scoring bursts and disruptive defense; earlier South Alabama coverage shows he can swing a game with quick-hit offense and pressure on the ball, while his depth-chart presence suggests a rotational role rather than a stat-stuffing one[1][5]. The catch: the public data surfaced here is sparse and mixed with older records, so this profile should be treated cautiously until a current 2026 season stat line confirms his role, usage, and impact.
