Jack Clevidence brings two-way pedigree and a starter’s frame to Queens’ mound staff
Clevidence is a **right-handed pitcher** with a two-way background, giving Queens a competitive arm with athletic upside and some baseline feel for the game beyond just pitching. In 2025 as a freshman, he made **18 mound appearances**, logged **24.0 innings**, and struck out **16** while working to an **0-1 record**; his recruiting history also points to a player coaches have long viewed as versatile and projectable. He looks like a fit for a staff that values competitiveness, development, and upside over polished finished product.
