veteran Lamar forward with rebounding bite and interior value
Stan Brown brings proven frontcourt steadiness for Lamar, built on rebounding, shot-blocking, and efficient interior finishing. In the 2011-12 season, he averaged 4.9 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.0 assists per game while blocking 26 shots, and in the 2012-13 season he posted 11.6 points and 7.6 rebounds per game with 0.8 blocks per game. The fit question is simple: if a team wants a tough, experienced forward who can battle on the glass, protect the rim a bit, and accept a physical role, Brown checks that box.
