Jerry White brings veteran edge, physicality, and special-teams value to WVU’s secondary
White profiles as a hard-hitting, senior defensive back who adds tone-setting physicality, leadership, and real special-teams value for West Virginia. WVU has described him as a bandit safety who has been a physical presence, a terrific special-teams player, and a member of the punt-block and kickoff units; he also logged 17 tackles the prior year and helped create a touchdown with a blocked UCF punt. He looks like a fit for teams that want a reliable, high-effort DB who can contribute beyond coverage snaps and elevate the third phase of the game.
