McNeese CB Jarron Jackson brings experience and depth to the Cowboys' secondary
Jarron Jackson is a veteran presence at cornerback for McNeese, listed on the 2024 roster as a redshirt senior, which gives him the kind of experience and steadiness coaches value in the secondary. His appeal is less about flashy stat lines and more about being a reliable defensive piece who can handle the physical, assignment-heavy nature of FCS football. If you want a corner who adds maturity, roster stability, and matchup-ready depth, Jackson fits that mold.
