Howard Jackson brings proven UTEP rushing production and big-play reliability
Howard Jackson is a proven, high-volume UTEP running back whose career production includes 1,187 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns on 239 carries, giving him a solid 5.0 yards per carry and clear evidence of efficiency and durability in the Miners’ backfield[1]. He also has enough historical pedigree to rank among UTEP’s all-time rushing leaders, which signals sustained impact rather than a one-season spike[6]. If you want a back who has already shown he can handle real workload and produce consistently, Jackson is worth care; the available data points to a dependable, established fit more than a speculative upside gamble[1][6].
