Blake Hamilton was Buffalo’s do-it-all wing with a clutch gene
In the 2016 season, Blake Hamilton emerged as a versatile Buffalo G/F who could score, rebound, and create, finishing as the Bulls’ returning leading scorer and rebounder and earning All-MAC Third Team honors. He averaged 13.1 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game in 2015-16, then flashed even more late-season impact with a game-winning three in the 2016 MAC title run. His value was a little extra: toughness, big-moment confidence, and the kind of two-way wing play that makes coaches smile and opponents sigh.
