Physical Auburn safety whose breakout was real — but the roster door closed
Bridges flashed as a hard-hitting, physical safety for Auburn, with the program’s own coaching staff calling him a “hard hitter” who “plays hard” and is “focused and determined.” In the 2022 season, he logged 19 tackles and 1 pass breakup, and he also delivered one of Auburn’s most memorable moments when he recovered the overtime fumble that sealed the win over Missouri. The catch: later reports indicate he was removed from Auburn’s roster in 2023 for undisclosed reasons, so as of now he’s more of a former Auburn contributor than an active fit.
