Montana State Bobcats' Reliable Punter with D3 Pedigree
Brian Olsen, listed as punter for the Montana State Bobcats, brings a gritty, versatile skill set from his high school days as a strong safety/OLB (5'9", 180lbs, 4.67 40-yard dash, 33" vertical) and echoes the special teams prowess of Middlebury's Brian Olson, who tied for 5th in DIII with 3 blocked kicks in 2025 while leading the NESCAC. His explosive athleticism and strength (bench 255lbs, squat 395lbs at 170lbs) suggest a high-intensity punter who flips field position with hang time and precision, making him a low-risk, high-reward fit for teams needing dependable legs and special teams disruption—no major injury flags, pure hustle.
