Gritty Wichita State Guard with Clutch Moments (2015-18 Career)
Jaleesa Chapel, a resilient redshirt senior guard for the Wichita State Shockers, averaged 1.9 PPG, 1.3 RPG, and 0.4 APG with a 37.7% FG rate in the 2015-18 seasons, shining in key spots like game-tying layups, momentum-shifting threes, and a career-high 12-point explosion (60% shooting) vs. Drake. Her differentiator? Tenacious rebounding (up to 4 per game) and steal prowess in crunch time, as seen stealing back inbounds vs. Tennessee—perfect for teams needing hustle, bench spark, and defensive intensity without star-level scoring.
