veteran guard, proven scorer, and glue-guy leader
Derrick Henry was a high-usage, efficient veteran guard at The Citadel, highlighted by his 2015-16 season when he led the Bulldogs with 16.2 points per game, scored 517 total points, and hit double figures 28 times. He was more than a bucket-getter: he brought older-player poise, strong free-throw production, and classroom credibility as a CoSIDA Academic All-American. If you need a steady, experienced guard who can carry offense and set the tone, he’s the kind of under-the-radar fit that quietly makes a roster tougher.
