Experienced SIUE Guard Known for Rebounding and Two-Way Impact
Jay'Nee Alston stands out as a tough, versatile guard whose game has shown real all-around value, including a notable 12-point, 11-rebound performance in a 2019 SIUE outing that hints at strong rebounding instincts for a perimeter player[2]. SIUE’s 2025-26 team profile shows a competitive, defense-and-physicality-oriented group, which fits a player who can contribute beyond scoring and thrive in gritty possessions[1]. For a team, Alston is the kind of player worth caring about if you want energy, extra possessions, and a guard who can make winning plays that don’t always show up in simple scoring lines[1][2].
