Trace Young brings size, rebounding, and efficient scoring to Jackson State’s front line
In the 2022-23 season, Trace Young averaged 10.6 points, 5.7 rebounds, 1.0 assists, 0.8 steals, and 0.7 blocks for Jackson State, giving the Tigers a versatile 6-foot-8 forward who can help across the stat sheet. His best calling cards are rebounding, interior versatility, and flash-of-ceiling scoring—he logged nine double-digit scoring games and three double-doubles-type rebound nights in that season, including a 28-point outburst at SMU. If your team wants length, toughness, and a forward who competes on both ends, he fits the mold nicely.
