Tall-Target WR Navigates Journeyman Path at McNeese
At 6'4" and 200 lbs, Marcus Peterson Jr. brings elite size and high school pedigree (1,128 all-purpose yards, 17 TDs as a senior) to McNeese after redshirting at Cincinnati in 2022 and transferring in 2023, but his college production remains modest—four catches for 60 yards in 10 games during 2024 at a lower level before apparently moving to D3 Hobart in 2026. A versatile athlete with big-play potential and 30+ major offers out of Columbia HS, he's a high-upside red-zone threat held back by injuries and adaptation challenges; ideal for teams needing raw physical tools over proven stats.
