Terin Solomon brings instincts, disruption, and playmaking to Ball State’s linebacker room
Terin Solomon is a Ball State linebacker who already shows measurable playmaking ability, with 6 solo tackles, 1 sack, and 1 interception listed by ESPN. His recruiting profile also points to a long, athletic defensive back-to-linebacker type who was a high school safety, which usually translates to range, coverage versatility, and chase speed if the fit is right. For a team, the appeal is his upside as a hybrid defender who can cover space and create turnovers, though his value will depend on how quickly he adds strength and proves he can handle full-time box play.
