Physical NC State tight end with proven red-zone production
Damien Darden brings prototype tight-end size at 6-foot-4 and about 240-245 pounds, and his NC State career showed real two-way value with 63 catches for 853 yards, 12 touchdowns, and 44 tackles.[1][3][4] His best differentiators were production and versatility: he was a reliable target with scoring ability, while also contributing on defense in a way that hints at toughness and competitive edge.[1] One important caveat is that he left NC State in 2018, so this is a former Wolfpack player rather than a current roster piece.[2]
