Jack Kruger brings veteran college pitching depth and academic consistency to South Dakota State
Kruger is a value-add arm for South Dakota State because he brings experience, roster stability, and academic consistency, earning Summit League Academic Honor Roll recognition in 2024 and 2025 while being limited to just one appearance in 2025.[5] His recent college profile suggests a pitcher trusted enough to work in meaningful roles, and if he can stay healthy and recapture innings, he profiles as a useful depth piece for a staff that needs dependable, low-drama arms.[5]
