Temple safety Brandon Taylor is a depth piece with size and upside
Brandon Taylor, a redshirt sophomore safety for Temple in the 2025 season, brings a 6-foot-1 frame, NFL-style length, and versatility after moving between cornerback and safety while earning scout-team honors and making his collegiate debut at Charlotte. Temple lists him as added depth at safety, and his profile suggests a developmental defensive back with decent change-of-direction skills and special-teams value, though he has not yet produced a game-log body of work that would scream “instant impact.” If your team wants a hungry, physical DB with room to grow, he’s the kind of late-bloomer worth watching.
