Rodney Hall brings size and versatility to NIU’s WR room
Rodney Hall is a big-bodied Northern Illinois wide receiver at 6-2, 220 who gives the Huskies a physical target with real multi-position experience, having previously played both quarterback and receiver. He has limited current college production on the books, so the appeal is less about box-score volume and more about projection: size, toughness, and positional flexibility that can help in packages, red-zone looks, and special situations. For a team that values adaptable players with upside and a proven football background, he’s an intriguing depth/additional-fit option rather than a finished product.
