developmental Towson guard with limited college game tape
Joseph is a Towson guard who has been used sparingly in college so far, appearing in seven games off the bench in the 2022-23 season, so the main takeaway is upside rather than proven production. He’s worth watching as a low-usage, developmental backcourt piece whose value will hinge on whether he can translate practice traits into consistent game impact; because public stat lines and recent season detail are limited, the better read on him is roster depth and long-term fit rather than immediate on-ball star power.
