Experienced Denver guard whose value came from steady playmaking and tough minutes
Wetrich was a dependable Denver guard who brought real backcourt experience, averaging 5.1 points and 2.4 assists over 74 games, with a stronger previous scoring season at 7.4 points per game[2]. His value went beyond box scores: he handled the ball, created for teammates, and had enough versatility to start 32 times for the Pioneers[2][6]. The caveat is durability, as he dealt with injuries, including a minor concussion, and later left the team due to injuries[1][2].
