Steffon Mitchell is Boston College’s chaos-reel forward: rebounds, defense, and glue-guy value
In the 2020-21 season, Mitchell was the kind of forward coaches love: a high-motor rebounder, defensive playmaker, and one of BC’s most reliable all-around contributors, averaging 6.8 points and 8.1 rebounds per game while earning ACC All-Defense honors in 2019-20. He stood out for his versatility—he could clean the glass, create extra possessions, and impact winning without needing the offense built around him. If your team wants toughness, effort, and a player who does the dirty work with intensity, Mitchell is a strong fit.
