Peyton Anderson brings veteran size and disruptive interior strength to SLU
In the 2025 season, Peyton Anderson was a steady interior piece for Southeastern Louisiana, appearing in 13 games and finishing with 23 total tackles, 2.5 sacks, 3 tackles for loss, and 1 forced fumble. He’s a 6-foot-3, 285-pound junior-sized lineman who gives the Lions real bulk inside, and SLU’s staff has pointed to him as part of a veteran defensive-line core. The big note: he also battled an early-season injury in 2024, so his value comes from toughness, upside, and when healthy, a strong fit for a team needing dependable trench presence.
