Kijani Wright brings size and upside, but health is the big question
Wright is a 6-foot-9 frontcourt forward with former blue-chip pedigree and clear rebounding/physicality upside, but his recent value is defined as much by availability as talent: he missed the entire 2024-25 season at Vanderbilt because of an undisclosed injury/health issue. When healthy, his appeal is his length, interior size, and potential to add frontcourt depth, but any team evaluating him has to weigh that upside against the uncertainty around his current condition and game readiness. He looks like more of a high-upside watch-list fit than an immediate plug-and-play piece.
