veteran, high-character North Dakota DB with a proven tackle résumé
Ryan Cain is a seasoned defensive back for North Dakota whose profile is built on production, toughness, and leadership more than flash; the program listed him as a 6-0, 191-pound redshirt DB, and his recruiting notes credited him with more than 160 career tackles, four interceptions, and 30 pass breakups in high school. He also earned all-conference, all-metro, and his team’s Coaches Award, which points to effort and reliability—exactly the kind of low-drama, high-floor defender coaches love in the secondary.
