Dominic Artis is a steady, all-around floor general who impacts winning beyond the box score
Artis has long been valued as an old-school point guard: he can handle, distribute, score when needed, and pile up hustle plays without needing to dominate the spotlight.[1] At UTEP, his profile was built on versatility and balance, with seasons showing solid points, rebounds, and assists from the guard spot, plus a reputation as a facilitator who can also knock down open shots.[1][7] That blend makes him attractive for teams that want a smart, dependable organizer rather than a flashy volume scorer, especially if they need leadership, pace control, and low-drama consistency.[1][7]
