Devon Sanders brings compact, physical running-back value to Western Illinois
Devon Sanders is a short-yardage, contact-friendly back whose value is more about toughness and role fit than flashy volume; however, the available sources are inconsistent about his listed school and position, so Western Illinois-specific current production is not clearly verifiable from the provided results. In the most relevant team bio, Western Illinois lists him as a running back, and older roster data shows he previously contributed as a special-teams-heavy player, which points to an athlete trusted for grit, effort, and assignment reliability rather than high-usage star power.[7]
