Leila Staszak brings high-contact, RBI-producing pop for Youngstown State
Staszak is an immediate-value outfielder because she has already shown real run-producing ability, including a career-high four RBIs in a March 2026 win and multiple-hit production in conference play, while Youngstown State lists her among its 2026 statistical leaders with a .273 average and .740 OPS. She was also a first-team all-conference pick in high school and carried an elite .694 batting average with 34 hits, three homers and 27 RBIs before arriving in college, which suggests a hitter with both bat-to-ball skill and damage potential.
