Elon’s steady former walk-on forward with a grinder’s edge
Wes Brewer’s Elon profile shows a classic glue-guy forward: in the 2015-16 season he appeared in 13 games, made one start, and finished his career with 12 points, 12 rebounds, and one assist, which points to a low-usage, team-first role rather than a stat-stuffer[1]. He was also part of Elon’s 2016 senior class that helped set a Division I-era benchmark for wins, and campus coverage described him as a walk-on who earned minutes the hard way — a useful signal of toughness, buy-in, and coachability for any team looking for a dependable locker-room fit[1][2].
