Efficient, steady guard production for Birmingham-Southern
Watkins has been a dependable two-way guard for Birmingham-Southern, with his listed ESPN production showing double-figure scoring, solid rebounding for a guard, and active ball pressure via steals in the 2001-02 and 2002-03 seasons.[1] His profile suggests a player who can handle minutes, make enough perimeter shots to keep defenses honest, and contribute beyond scoring through hustle and experience.[1] If your team wants a guard who brings composure, effort, and all-around value rather than flashy isolation scoring, Watkins fits that mold.[1]
