7-foot rim-protector with real upside, still polishing the rough edges
Dimitrije Vukicevic is a 7-foot redshirt freshman center for UC San Diego who gives the Tritons size, interior touch, and a growing bench spark in the 2025-26 season. In 25 games, he averaged 2.6 points and 1.7 rebounds in 7.2 minutes while shooting 60.0% from the field, and he even delivered a career-high 10 points and five rebounds in a January 2026 win over Hawai‘i. The big sell: legitimate length, efficient finishing, and rim presence; the caveat: he’s still raw at the Division I level, so he projects best as a developmental big with upside.
