Austin Watkins Jr. brings size, burst, and proven big-play ability to the receiver room
Watkins is a **6-foot-3, 210-pound** wideout with the frame to win on the boundary and the explosiveness to turn routine catches into chunk plays; UAB lists him with **98 career catches for 1,642 yards and 9 touchdowns**, and his 2020 season showed he could be a featured target with **34 receptions for 468 yards and 3 scores**. He stands out for his vertical-threat profile and after-catch toughness, but his path has included injuries and multiple pro stops, so he reads as a high-upside fit for a team that wants size, physicality, and touchdown potential over pure polish.[6][10][3]
